RayBio® HEK293 Residual DNA Quantification Kit is a ready to use real-time PCR assay for the rapid and reliable detection of HEK293 genomic DNA in biomanufacturing products. This assay is highly sensitive (≤ 5 pg/mL) and resistant to DNA fragmentation. An internal positive control, RNase P, is also detected in each reaction to monitor impact of potential PCR inhibitors.

The kit can be stored at -20°C for a period of 12 months prior to opening. After opening, the reagents are valid for at least 6 months if stored at -20°C (not exceeding 12 months since date of manufacture).
