We used the RayBiotech Mouse Th1/Th2/Th17 Array to analyze cytokine profiles in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) samples. The multiplex format allowed us to evaluate multiple Th1-, Th2-, and Th17-associated cytokines simultaneously from a limited volume of BALF, providing a comprehensive overview of the inflammatory response. The assay was convenient, easy to perform, and required less sample and processing time compared with performing individual assays for each cytokine. Overall, the array was a useful and efficient tool for characterizing cytokine-mediated inflammation in our mouse BALF samples.
