Recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis Ag85A (43-338 a.a) produced in Hi-5 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 32.8kDa (305 a.a in total).Antigen 85A is fused to a His tag at C-terminus and purified by conventional chromatographic techniques.
