Storage/Stability
Upon receipt, all kit components should be stored at -20°C to -80°C until ready to use. Stored properly, the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months.
Typical Results
The full length of PD-L1 peptide array was detected using a biotin-conjugated polyclonal goat anti-human PD-L1 IgG antibody, following the kit’s user manual. The results indicate that several potential epitopes were revealed, exhibiting different signal densities at the central region and at the C-terminal (Figure 1, B & C).
