Binding Function
Product binding ability was measured by ELISA. The immobilized recombinant SARS CoV-2 spike S1 subunit protein (Catalog #. 230-30161, coated at 2 µg/ml, 100 µl/well) was incubated with the serial diluted human AXL protein (Catalog #. 230-30190). The bound AXL protein was detected at 50 ng/ml by anti-AXL antibody using ELISA.
