Immunogen was KLH carrier protein. This antibody was obtained from a mice immunized with the immunogen, then fusion, selection and identification. The identified clone was called as 11E8F5C3. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells derived from the immunized mouse. The IgM fraction of cell culture supernatant was purified by affinity chromatography.

Product is supplied as a powder obtained from lyophilization of purified antibody in PBS without preservatives. Reconstitute the antibody with sterile water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.
